  • Our team coordinates and produces events for Corporations and Associations of all sizes and industries. Although we have experience in social events, we choose to focus on customers in the corporate market.

  • Every event is unique and each client has individual needs. Time invested can be much different from client to client. Our team meets with each client individually to assess their requirements and develop a customized proposal based on their needs. Some clients are a blank slate and aren’t sure what they want or where to begin. That’s where we step in to ask questions and help them determine the services necessary for their event.

  • Yes, we love to! Although Scarlet City Events is based out of Columbus, Ohio we coordinate meetings, conference and events all over the country. When our clients want to take their event to other cities, we help scout locations, venues and experiences to make the destination meeting impactful.   • Most clients contract our services a 12 to 18 months before their event. This ensures we have enough time to develop a strategic plan, realistic budget and thoughtful programing.

  • Absolutely! We are a big fans of actually talking to people. Online reviews and testimonials are great but they don’t always give a true sense of the client experience. We are happy to provide an extensive list of past and present clients and vendors for you to reach out and talk to. Let them tell you about their experience and what you can expect from us.
