Internships

Scarlet City Events will offer two internships a year to college students who have a desire to learn more about the event planning industry. Interns will assist in all aspects of event planning. This includes going on venue and vendor visits, researching new ideas and trends, creating event documents, and assisting at our events.

Interns should have the following:

  • Understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Weekend availability for events
  • Hospitality major (preferred, but not required)
  • Outgoing personality
  • Passion for event planning
  • Able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation
  • Organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to learn and have fun
